At TMC Fine Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original TMC presentation box and secure it within a shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and protective tags are included.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
